    this means cell phone: you need a contract with Tmobile or Verison....

    Hi Rachel! Could you be confusing it for a wireless NIC? A wireless NIC (network interface card) could be what comes pre-installed in a laptop or a little deal that looks like a flash drive that plugs in to a USB port.
