utorrent in Linux Mint 8

Hi,

Is there any way to install uTorrent in linux mint 8 using wine. I tried the steps in the following link:

"uTorrent under Ubuntu in 3 Easy Steps in softpedia"

But when I complete the step-3 and double click uTorrent shortcut in the desktop nothing is happening.

Could some one please help in resolving this or let me know some other bit torrent which are as tiny and efficient as uTorrent?

I run Mint 5 and the default bit torrent is Transmission 1.06 , www dot transmissionbt dot com

Hi,

After installing wine and trying this I've made this post. But when I restarted my system (like windows) and double click directly on the original exe it worked out.

Sorry, my post got truncated. I meant to write that if you look under Internet in your list of programs you will find that Transmission bit torrent client is already installed for you. Thus saving your need to run uTorrent in Wine.
