Add "Extract to <folder>" to context menu

There's any way to add the "Extract to <folder>" to context menu in Nautilus and/or Gnome Commander where <folder> is de name of the archive that I want to extract?
Other question: how can I associate .001 extensions to Peazip with the same "Extract to <folder>" right-clicking menu?

Thanks for the answer, I will try with Nautilus-actions for the context menus.

About the .001 extesion, I already tried that, but the files are usually "filename.avi.001", so when I associate .001 extension to open with Peazip, Nautilus actually assosiates the .001 and .avi extensions to Peazip, not just the .001 extensions like I want.
