I've had an issue since upgrading to Lucid with Skype, whenever I go to make a call it will allow me to dial and connect, then after 30 seconds or so the screen and keyboard will be completely unresponsive. Thought it could be a bug with Skype so was going to wait for a fix, but it appears Transmission causes exactly the same behaviour, even a similar period of time.

I can't see anything obvious in the /var/log/syslog, it doesn't even seem to give an error.

Anyone had a similar problem since 10.04?
