Code name of Ubuntu 10.4 is Lucid Lynx. AIDE version 0.13.1-11ubuntu2 is available for 10.04 only. You can install it using default Package Manager, apt-get or Synaptic.

Open System - Administration -- Synaptic Package Manager and click on Reload button. It will fetch list of latest packages from sources. Type aide in Search box. Select package and mark it for installation. Click on Apply button.

    Or

    Execute this in Terminal :
    Code:
    sudo apt-get update
    sudo apt-get install aide
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
