No idea.
But you can create one yourself on a fresh installed ubuntu with
Code:dpkg -l
You must always face the curtain with a bow.

I was unable to find any list, but that doesn't give a guarantee. It only says that if there is one, it's hard to find.

I don't believe there is a packages listing that is officially maintained other than the one found here:
Ubuntu -- List of sections in "lucid"
...but there are most likely some packages there that do not get installed with the default Ubuntu installation.
The Synaptic package tool will also give you a nicely organized listing of packages once the distribution is installed.oz
