    Thumbs up Wine and Internet Explorer Problems

    I did install Wine in my UBUNTU 10.4 and was able to configure. Although I was able to install Internet Explorer AND sAFARI- but it got stuck....now it comes Wine Desktop which I am not able to close it.

    Now I need remove everything Wine and installed programs on it. Could u please guide what I need to do to remove all the old junks in Wine program and install Wine and particularly Internet Explorer 6 or which one?

    Hello,

    i think that you have to remove manually:

    Remove Wine.
    Remove /home/user/.wine
    Right Button on Applications -> Edit and Remove all wine elements.

    Then install PlayonLinux. This is several scripts that help you to install applications of wine.
