Lubuntu: Can't remove a keyboard layout

I simply can't. I've edited all the known files like:
    /usr/lib/X11/xorg.conf.d/05-evdev.conf
    /etc/X11/xorg.conf

But I can't get rid of a f***n Croatian layout. Where are the layout setting stored?
I can achieve temporal results with the setmapkbx command, but on the next login the HR layout is haunting again. Any ideas?

O.K I've solved it on a strange way:
    1. Created file /home/minthaka/.config/lxsession/Lubuntu/autostart
    2. Put two lines:
    setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us,hu
    setxkbmap -option -option grp:ctrl_alt_toggle
    3. Save and logout/login.

in the keyboard options i don't have standard input-methods they disappear somewhere now i have only "us 105-key keyboard (with windows keys)" and i don't want it
i got no left and tight arrows, the enter buttons now is down, the indent now is slash... all keyboard is a mess and i can't change the input-method.... the only us english method i have is us 105-key keyboard (with windows keys) where are they go how can i change it ot remove it...
i'm sorry i found the folder i put the file.. but nothing now it looks like that
    /home/se3n/.config/gnome-session/saved-session/autostart

    setxkbmap -model pc105 -layout us,bg
    setxkbmap -option -option grp:alt_shift_toggle

ok i solve it the half of the problem... i just delete the "/usr/share/xmodmap/" folder and the keyboard working ok now :P
