    Ubuntu V9.04 router connection problems

Hello, I fixed my overscan problem from last time by installing Ubuntu V9.04, the newest version for the PS3. And now I am trying to connect to the internet. Ubuntu does not detect my Buffalo Wireless - G High speed router. I have contacted the Buffalo support and they said that their router is not compatible with Linux.

How Can I get Ubuntu to go on the internet? Can I try plugging and connecting the PS3's Ethernet port to my router/modem or will I have to buy a new router entirely?

IF I have to, what routers out there support Windows, Mac and Linux?

    Thanks in advance

The router likely has nothing to do with it, but rather the wireless card. An ethernet connection will most likely work, but again, if not, it's likely the ethernet card.

    Post the output of
    Code:
    lspci -vnn
    lsmod
