    [SOLVED] Read-Only File help

Somehow, somewhere, my SD card turned read-only without my say. Now I can't delete files or add more onto it, and it's starting to piss me off.
I've tried using sudo chmod, and all I get is this message:

chmod: changing permissions of `/media/SD CARD/': Read-only file system

and it doesn't change anything. I've tried formatting it and that won't work either. So how do I change it so that I can do things with it again?

Nevermind, problem fixed. Turns out the lock switch was on and I didn't notice.
