    Ubuntu 10 wireless problem

    Hi,
I'm running the newest version of Ubuntu on a usb while I have a hard drive problem with win7.

Internet problem is that I'm using a D-link N USB adapter to connect- it recognises my home network, even looks like it's connected, but nothing happening. I'm a linux noob so no idea how to get this going.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

If I may suggest, kindly post all the output asked here.

It will help give us a clearer picture of what's happening and hopefully get your wireless working.

    Ok, will do that now.

The thing I don't get is that the adapter is clearly working- Network manager recognises my network, the light on the usb is on, and says connected, but I can't see connection information.
