Where's my iPhone & SSH ability?

Hey... This just started and I have no idea why...

I have been able to plug my iPhone in, and Ubuntu (10.04) has been able to see it immediatly. I was able to browse any pics etc. AND, I had the ability to SSH into it (Places>Connect To Server). In the connect to server dialoge, I clicked on the drop box and had several options including SSH. Now, there's nothing in the dialogue except "Custom Location".

So, what happened? My iPhone no longer mounts and I have no SSH option! And I have not updated anything and made changes... I have tried 2 different cables and different USB ports...
    Thanks!

    No one?

USB memory sticks and ext. HD mount fine... I tried a friends iPhone and my iPod Touch, and Ubuntu doesn't seem to see any of them, so it's definitely not my iPhone...
