Hi all,
is there free VPN/bittorrent on ubuntu?
I know that there is bittorrent for ubuntu but is there one pre-installed?
Also, is there a default VPN provided?...

There is certainly an openvpn package available to install. As to a "pre-installed" server, I'm not sure, though the client may be. As for bittorrent applications, there are a number, which also may be pre-installed or not, though certainly available in the apt/synaptic package manager to install easily enough.

I think Transmission is installed by default.

My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.
