My system is Ubuntu 10.04 and I'm trying to compile rpm 4.4.2.3 package. Even though my beecrypt & beecrypt-devel are installed, the make fails looking for beecrypt.api.h.

beecrypt is not seen by the make on Ubuntu 10.04
