Video file not running

I am trying to run my code which calls opencv internally.
I get this error:

Is anyone familiar with this before?
I have ffmpeg properly installed.

Do you think you can give more details of what you were trying to do?

Like, what's the video file, what's your distro, what's the player you were using.

Any bit of info might help.
