Which cache? CPU or file system? And why do you need this information?

Thanks for replying.
Need info on CPU and filesystem cache, if possible.
This is related to some analysis work on an application related to my studies.

Not easy to do. Time for google searching. I've found some stuff, and I've looked in my CentOS man pages for information, but other than commands like vmstat and slabtop, or /proc/slabinfo I have come up short. Good luck!

Your help is much appreciated Rubberman. Will do some searching myself and let's be hopeful of finding some working solution.
