Wine prefers that you simply delete the directory that you want to remove. So, you'll go into your home directory and then the .wine directory ( cd ~/.wine ) and then into the drive_c directory. Find the directory for Toad, and delete it. If it's the only thing you have in your WINE setup, simply remove the .wine directory completely and it will reconfigure the next time you install something (or use anything in WINE).

Hope this helps, and have a great day
    Patrick.
