    Exclamation Ubuntu Not Booting

    Computer Statistics
    • iMac (Model No. A1225)
    • Dual Boots Mac OS X

    Partition Layout
    • /dev/sda1 = EFI
    • /dev/sda2 = Macintosh HD (HFS Format with Journaling)
    • Free Space (32 GB)

I had the linux installation program automatically partition the free space into three partitions. I forget what they were, but I know they are correct.

I tried doing a rescue installation, and reinstalled it many times with different settings. I even tried a manual partition according to instructions from the internet and reinstalling the grub boot-loader onto different partitions. Please help, I have reinstalled it at least 5 times!

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

expand one of the other partitions to get rid of the free space and do another install.
