I have the latest version of Kubuntu (10.10 since there's no netbook version, apparently).

I installed it inside windows 7 on my ASUS eeePC 1001 and I can see it in my programs, but when I rebooted my netbook like it said to, it showed me dual boot screen, I selected Kubuntu, and then it went to the welcome page (I guess that's what it's called?), and the dots kept flickering, eventually a cursor appeared, but it didn't move past that stage.

For 20 mins, It was just the welcome screen with the cursor, nothing else, not even a login window.

What's wrong with my installation? Or does Kubuntu not install on eeePCs?
