    Question DBus error

DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)

I get this error whenever I connect my iPhone 3g to the computer, I am not sure if it is every iPhone, I can try one of the 4's, but it charges fine, but I really want to sync music and back it up...

Does anyone know what would cause this and possibly a fix?

    TIA
    Micah

Well, this reply is a year late, and a couple of $$ short, but I have to ask what OS you were running, and which desktop. Honestly, I haven't tried an iPhone on my Linux (RHEL 6.2) box running Gnome, but my Android phone, and my Symbian phone, both work just fine. I can switch them into "usb drive" mode and download/sync stuff to/with them without problems.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
