Hey there, I've got an issue here with my Microphone in Ubuntu 10.10. Basically, when i'm setting my microphone up locally, I've got 3 or 4 seconds lag between when I speak and when my sound comes back through the speakers.

What i'm doing is setting up my mumble client. I've got mumble set up in windows on this machine and it works great and fast. Only having an issue in Ubuntu.

Any help would be great, voip with 3 seconds lag isn't too usefull, hehe.
