    Epson Stylus NX625

    I am using 10.04 and I have the printer working but my machine does not see the scanner that makes up part of the printer. any ideas on how to get Ubuntu to see the scanner? Thank you for any help

    Not expert at this myself but you might be missing scanner driver. Sometimes scanner and printer drivers come separately.

    On the Avasys site it says says "A scanner utility here is necessary to use the scanner function."
    The scanner utility was "ImageScan! for Linux"
