change the colours in the Linux logo?
Can anybody tell me the code I need to change the colours in the Linux Ubuntu logo to green white and orange. Can you also tell me if I can do this in the terminal or do I neded to log in as admnistrator. I am ok (Just ok) with Linux and am certainly not an expert

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what your reffering to when you say, 'Linux Logo'. Do you mean the logo for your current distribution? If so, which distribution are you using. Also, when and where does this logo appear?

Have you tried gnome-look.org for Themes, Color Schemes and Splash Screens?
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
