Boot loader Query
I have recently installed Ubuntu 10.04 along windows7
now windows is making some troubles...i want to reinstall it...
The query is " Will my ubuntu bootloader still be there when i opt for fresh install of windows?"
I am a new user to ubuntu, and using it on netbook.
Please help.

Your Ubuntu bootloader files will still be there for the most part. However, windows by default will overwrite that portion in the master boot record without informing you that it is happening or asking if you want that. The master boot record contains only a small but necessary part of the bootloader. It is pretty easy to reinstall the Grub bootloader after you install windows. It will be easiest if you have your Ubuntu CD. See the link below, Section 12 on reinstalling Grub:
