    Easier than what? There is Wine (many, not all Win apps run), and there are virtual machines. VMware and VirtualBox are both well-known, stable, and have free versions. I use VirtualBox to run Windows on both my Linux workstation (RHEL) and laptop (Ubuntu).
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
