Monitor user Account

Hi
I have installed ubuntu 11.04 in my AMD machine.
During installation i created the user account named "XYZ".
Then later i created a desktop user account without any administrator privileges named "ABC".
I recently found the "ABC" user accessing some adult sites.
Hence i would like to monitor the internet and all other activities of the the user "ABC".And also give the user "XYZ" a complete list of visited sites and all the activities the user "ABC" have done. And also the logging time of the user too.
A GUI application would be nice. I tried everywhere But in vain.
As i am new to ubuntu, I hope i will be helped .
