    [SOLVED] Firefox not loading.

After I click my firebox browser button on my unity launcher (or in applications) it does nothing. If I click it from my launcher it blinks 6 or 7 times then, does nothing...

I have had this problem before, but a simple log-off log-on fixed it. I have even tried to restart and nothing changed. Is there something else I should try? Sudo killall firefox, says no processes, but I dont think this would be necessary after a restart even. What else can I do? Should I uninstall, then re-install, or is this unnecessary?

EDIT: Google chromium browser works just fine

Try launching Firefox from the command line, it usually gives you a clue when there is a problem.

Good Call...For some reason this slipped my mind.

After doing this, it said Debug about 6 times and then something else afterwards. I was going to get a screen shot but after I ran it again, it worked, so I closed out of terminal and forgot to get it haha.

    Anyway, thanks for the help!!

You can try renaming your /home/user_name/.mozilla folder then restart Firefox to see if it starts working again. If it does, you can reclaim your bookmarks from the renamed folder.

Edit: oops... just reread your post and see you got it working, so never mind.
