    Unhappy can't install any program using ubuntu software center

    I can't use my ubuntu software center because whenever i press install on any program the window of authenticating my password appear and disappear suddenly saying that my authentication attemp was not successful so i couldn't enter my password

    Have you tried

    sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

    I saw another thread on another forum with software center problems, but it wasn't quite like the one your having. Just trying to help!

    Try that first ^^. But are you even able to install programs via synaptic?
