    Ubuntu 11.04 logs off by itself


    I upgraded from 10.04 to 11.04 and every seems to be ok except for a new problem that I never had before.
    while working on any application, suddenly I get black screen and will be taken to log in screen and this keeps happening every 10-15 minutes.
    did any one experience this issue, please help me.

    Sounds like your system is set to lock when the screensaver turns on.

    Go to System>Preferences>Screensaver. Uncheck the option that controls this.

    The app ubuntu-tweak gives you gui access to other lock features

    +1 I have had this problem before, and it was the screensaver.
