in earlier years such was quiet common
as long as you have dual boot
boot win
make sure your wlan is ON
then reboot (NO shutdown!!!) and select linux upon reboot (without full shutdown!!)
that should keep your wireless chip switched ON during your entire reboot procedure from win to linux
such happened to me until end last year with my older acer travelmate every now and then when wlan was OFF in windows = then no activation button working in linux. same behavior sometimes also for bluetooth switch.
once you have it ON in linux, it should remain on even when you shut down and boot again.
unfortunately in the HW world often chips are shut down by default and in the linux world there are SW missing to activate such devices. same in modern built in qualcomm 2000 gobi chipsets on HP laptop.

Thank you very much. It is very helpful.
I never think such a thing.
It's a bit funny, but it helped.
