    In general, application tarballs contain sourcecode, that needs to be compiled and installed.

    jusb-04.4-src-tgz is no exception.
    However, the latest update is from 2003
    I doubt, you will be able to install that without problems, if at all.
    You must always face the curtain with a bow.
