Installing a modem/router
I just got a new modem/router combo and I don't know how to install it for linux. It's a sagemcom se567 wireless adsl gateway. It comes with an installation cd-rom that's only for windows. I don't know very much about linux, but could someone tell me how to install it?

Hello and Welcome!
Is your wireless card already detecting networks and connecting to them properly?
If so, then you likely don't need to install anything. Those CD's typically only run a Network Setup wizard of some sort.
Contact your ISP, make sure that they have the correct MAC address for your new modem. They will need to enter it into their system to allow you to pull an IP address from them.
After that, just setup your network in the normal fashion.Jay
