Strange right click problem with Nautilus 2.30.1 runnign on 10.04
Hi,
Till now I have never had this problem. I updated my Ubuntu 10.04 installation yesterday. One of the packages was related to nautilus and I later found this was updated to 2.30.1 version.
After the update I found that right clicking on a folder inside my home folder, or Documents, Photos, Downloads folder or any other folder did not work.
I also noticed the Copy, Cut and paste optionbs in Edit menu was disabled.
But the right clicking works on individual files (in any location) and on folders kept on the desktop.
I also noticed that disabling the Wireless connection (managed by NetworkManager Applet 0. restored the right click functionality for the folders.
I am now totally confused...
I searched the internet for a solution but was unable to find one.
Please advise on how I can rectify this problem.
thanks
