    Unhappy Help for a Hauwei e353 dongle.

    I have just bought one of these and I am having problems getting Mint (ie Ubuntu as Mint is based on it!) even getting it to see it. Any suggestions? I also made my Vista box crash when I tried to install it but I think that may just be a Windows problem!

    Hello and Welcome!

    After you plug in the dongle, open a terminal window and type in:
    Code:
    sudo lsusb -vnn
    Copy and paste the output here, and someone will be able to get you going.
