    Hello and Welcome!

What exactly are you trying to do with your disk?

    Hello and welcome aboard!

Some machines have problems reading Windows installation disks once GRUB resides on the MBR, so this might be what's happening with your machine. You can clear the MBR and the Windows install disk should be bootable again. Of course you'll need to restore GRUB in order to have your boot menu again, or you can setup some other bootloader on your system if you wish.
