    what does 'pu' and 'pr'means in /etc/minicom/minirc file ?

    Hi All ,

    I have a file called as /etc/minicom/minirc file . In this file i see :-

    pr port /dev/ttys0
    pu baudrate 115200
    pu bits 8
    pu parity N

    and so on ...

    Please let me know , what does 'pu' and 'pr' mean .

    My guess is that they are abbreviations for commands in the minicom scripting language (man runscript).
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Tanks Roky. I've only used minicom as a terminal emulator to connect with devices over serial ports. Never had to get into the scripting aspects of it.
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
