Maybe you should look into unetbootin. It should be available in your system repos.

Yes I have that program, I just won't a program that you can boot multiple Programs off of.

Unetbootin allows for fairly simple creation of USB installations. And from there, you'll be able to set-up a multi-boot drive.
What about that doesn't fit your needs?Jay

There is no program available to make a multiboot thumbdrive automatically. Well, there is one but you have to buy it. It will require a bit of work on your end for a free solution. Not very hard though.
Here is my tutorial on how to make a multiboot thumbdrive with Unetbootin.
