Unhappy Can't install Ubuntu from anything!!! Help me

Hi everyone, I got a serious problem and have sticked with it for a weeks!

One day, in my university's lab, I decided to connect to the internet by plugging the cable of the lab's PC to my laptop, I created a new VPN setting to establish a connection. But when I finished, my computer was dead, motionless...
I tried to reboot and restarted again and again, and it just stopped and was motionless at loading screen ( Ubuntu icon big and in the center of the screen).
One more try, I tried to reinstall Ubuntu by use Flash Memory (USB) and CD (2 different sources, and work on other computers), but it always stopped and died at load screen. Once i recognize that, where my computer was motionless is when Ubuntu was trying to configure network...

Now I don't know what to do, I've refreshed my computer many times, even formatted all disks, and try to reinstall Ubuntu, but no result.

    Really need someone's help T_T.

    Thanks

Boot from a live CD/DVD and see if that works. It sounds like the network configuration is broken.

Not yet, but I don't know how to do it neither XD.
But I don't think that is the key problem. Coz I have tried from many sources, from my CD, my friend's CD, my Flash Memory, my friend's Flash Memory, which were downloaded separately, independently. I think the trouble here is the Ethernet Card, there should be some ways to solve this... and I'm waiting for a miracle...
