Howto Use ISPConfig to manage physical machines and deploy VMs

Can anyone tell me the best way to use ISPConfig to deploy VMs, allocate resources for each and also clone quickly when I need to?

OR is ISPConfig even the best tool?

    Here is my situation:

    - I have two barebones servers
    - Each server will house several 'virtual servers' for my clients
    - Several of the clients already have CentOS installs on outside dedicated boxes that I wish to migrate into adjacent 'Virtual Servers' that I'll create using the management software I choose.
    - Need to be able to adjust ram/storage/etc and create new instances on the fly.

Thanks SO much in advance Team,

Also, OpenStack versus ClousStack might be a more viable option in this case. Any success stories??
