    Backtrack 5 applications in ubuntu

    Well I had some problems installing BT5 from a dvd because of a firmware problem with my dvd drive and multiple unsuccessful attempts to do so from a pen drive, I decided to go back to ubuntu through wubi. how do I install the apps from BT5 in ubuntu tried a few of the links on google and none of them seem to work anymore and i think i was reading that bt4 is no longer supported? maybe im wrong but anyway how should I go about doing this?

    Most of them should be available in the repository so have a search in the app store for the software name and install through there. You may need to enable the 3rd party / partner / multiverse repositories which is done through the repository tool. If you are still not finding the software, there may be ppa available for it. Googling "software name ppa" should answer that question.
