    udev: starting version 151

    I had a failed OS/drive (ubuntu 11.04)

    This is the error I am getting. I have tried to get this drive to mount in a different machine.....but it keeps telling me its already mounted when its not.

    The code udev: starting version 151 is just sitting here with this while I am trying to boot into recovery mode.

    How are you checking to make sure it isn't already mounted? Are you using the GUI or the command line? Also I don't think it would be udevs fault.

    Try checking your /etc/mtab file to see if it has the right permissions or if it even exists.
