    Is ubuntu 1010 LTS

    Hi all,

    server 1004
    server 1010

    both 64bit running as VM on Oracle VirtualBox.

    Is server 1010 LTS?

    On server 1004
    $ cat /etc/issue
    Code:
    Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS \n \l
    On server 1010
    $ cat /etc/issue
    Code:
    Ubuntu 10.10 \n \l
    Without LTS indicated.

    Short answer... nope.
    The current LTS edition is 10.04. Desktop edition supported until April 2013. Server edition will be supported until April 2015.
    Next LTS will be 12.04. With 12.04, Ubuntu will be providing 5 years of support for both editions.
