Problem connecting new client to OpenVPN server

    Hi,

I have exhausted google on this issue to no avail... hopefully someone can point me in the right direction

I am using OpenVPN to connect multiple servers, and they all work fine.

However, I have been trying to add a new one and it just wont connect. New client keys were created and the config is the same as all the other clients.

Upon starting Open VPN it get:

    Code:
read UDPv4 [EHOSTUNREACH|EHOSTUNREACH]: No route to host (code=113)
This of course leads to tls handshake failure etc...

I personally feel it is a bull $hi* error as I routinly ssh between these servers and can traceroute -P udp between them without issue either. All packets reach their destination.

    any ideas?

got it... one of the dangers of cloud computing, a hidden firewall on the cloud admin side and not in the server itself.

Is there a way to mark this solved?
