    first time using it, have used it on my laptop under windoz XP on virtual box (only used it for a short demo), but my xp disk has a scratch and didn;t work.

    I see. I notice the serial port configurations as well, what are these for?

    If I were you, I would contact the software manufacturer about this problem if no more resources are found.

    the serial ports are for OKI 320 printers (for printing recepts)
