    Curl with https support


    Hi,
    I have tried a simple example to get the execute a GET request on http request and now I want to try the https , I dont know how to link openssl in order to do the GET on the https based sites .. Pls do provide some info if anyone has some good docs about this .

    The default curl (at least in ubuntu 12.04) is linked against libssl and can handle https.
    Code:
    ldd /usr/bin/curl |grep ssl
    libssl.so.1.0.0 => /lib/i386-linux-gnu/libssl.so.1.0.0 (0xb7425000)

    Hi, I have downloaded the source code of the libcurl and openssl separately , and testing my application .. but I dont know include the openssl in my libcurl part .
