Does any one know the proper way to add name servers in Ubuntu 12?
They seem to have changed some things around. /etc/resolv is now a sym link. any data put in file gets overwritten. I guess to push users into using an xwindows client to update things. I have gotten by this problem by adding the "nameserver" keyword in my interface file. But..... would like to know the clean way to add nameservers from commandline.
Thanks,
