I can see HDD if i go to System - Hardinfo hardware information- Storage, but how on earth do i get to the files??...

How do you access the harddrive in Precise Puppy 5.4?

My last installation of Puppy was 511. There are a number of icons on the Desktop in a normal install and the extreme upper left is "file". Click that and you should be able to access files in the file manager. You could also do that by going to the Menu tab in the extreme lower left of the Desktop and looking for "Roxfiler". Hello,
As far as I'm know, Puppy automatically mount drives when you click on it.
Is it not your case ?
I really like Precise Puppy
