Angry Bad Password in WPA2-Wifi Hidden SSID.

    Hi All,

I have a Lenovo Laptop with Ubuntu 12.10 installed on it. I have an another laoptop HP DB6 with 12.04 Installed on it.

I have a Wi-Fi home network with an Hidden SSID. When I try to connect to the Network from Ubuntu 12.10, I get a bad password error. But the Ubuntu 12.04 works fine with the same network and Password.

I removed Network Manager and Installed WICD, but still no avail.

I googled for a lot of time but I am not sure what to do as all the information is way too complicated.

Why is such a simple task of connecting to a Wi-Fi too complex.

    Thanks.

Are you using WEP or WPA authentication. If WPA, then which type?
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
