How to completely remove Samab and config
How do u remove samba completely even config. I did sudo apt-get purge samba and it says it removes it and if i reinstall it again all my configuration is still there. I want to start fresh from a install.

I don't use apt-get, but all of samba's config stuff is in /etc/samba on my PC. Uninstall samba and see if that's still laying around. If so, it's probably because the files are not part of the package, but created by some samba config tool after installation of the core files. Remove that directory and samba will be fresh as a newborn babe.
