you could use UBCD4WIN ...that'll rescue your stuff ..after that format it could be a virus or remove ubuntu ..then partition your drive harddisk for a second install of XP .then copy your stuff over and wipe it....

1 - when i start recovery console for windows, it ask me to enter the number of installed windows (i have only 1 windows) and password of administrator... I type 1 and type my password administrator buti it say that is wrong password...

2 - this is my grub menu:

    title Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.15-23-386
    root (hd0,3)
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15-23-386 root=/dev/sda4 ro quiet splash
    initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15-23-386
    savedefault
    boot

title Ubuntu, kernel 2.6.15-23-386 (recovery mode)
    root (hd0,3)
    kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.15-23-386 root=/dev/sda4 ro single
    initrd /boot/initrd.img-2.6.15-23-386
    boot

    title Ubuntu, memtest86+
    root (hd0,3)
    kernel /boot/memtest86+.bin
    boot

    ### END DEBIAN AUTOMAGIC KERNELS LIST

    # This is a divider, added to separate the menu items below from the Debian
    # ones.
    title Other operating systems:
    root

    # This entry automatically added by the Debian installer for a non-linux OS
    # on /dev/sda2
    title Microsoft Windows XP Professional
    root (hd0,1)
    makeactive
    chainloader +1

but up here it say that windows is installed on sd2? " This entry automatically added by the Debian installer for a non-linux OS on /dev/sda2"
